Bookings are now open for our September and October 2023 ‘learn immigration law’ courses. Over the course of four weeks we hold a series of eight tutor-led, short, online, live seminars. These are held twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays between 4pm and 5.30pm with a maximum group size of eight trainees.
Our approach is to offer ‘guided learning’. Trainees study our online materials in their own time and then come together online after each module to go through key learning points and discuss additional exercises with the tutor.
The first seven seminars focus on law and practice and the final one covers regulation, ethics and exam preparation. Trainees can sit a mock OISC Level 1 exam after the course concludes and will receive marks and feedback.
Who is the course for?
The course is perfect for those wanting to learn immigration law for the first time. You do not need any prior experience and you do not need legal training. It is aimed at those who are new to immigration law.
If you want to give yourself the best possible chance of passing the OISC level 1 exams, this is the way to do it.
The course is only available to Free Movement members and will cost an additional fee of £400 per person plus VAT (£450 plus VAT from October 2023). Non-members can of course sign up as members in order to take the course.

You can sign up and make payment below. Only eight places are available on each course and we sell these on a first-come-first-served basis.
The cost for the September 2023 course is £400 plus VAT. We have increased the price for future courses to £450 plus VAT.
Refund policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellation and refund is possible with no questions asked up to 7 days before the course is due to begin. After that, if you wish to cancel we will refund your payment in full as long as we are able to book somebody else onto the course to take your place.
