Latham & Watkins, Norton Rose Fulbright, Slaughter and May, Allen & Gledhill and TSMP Law Corp. have advised on the $2.1 billion sale of majority shareholding in Aviva Singapore by Aviva plc.—the largest insurance deal in Singapore and one of the largest in Southeast Asia.
