Hogan Lovells Latest to Up UK Emergency Leave Allowance

Hogan Lovells is the latest law firm to up its emergency leave policy, providing five additional days to its U.K. workforce.

The firm has introduced a new policy for 2021 dubbed “COVID-19 Leave for Dependants Policy”, which is additional to the firm’s existing ‘Time off to care for Dependants and Emergency Leave Policy’.

It will allow its U.K. staff to take five additional days of fully paid leave across the duration of 2021, a statement by the firm on Tuesday said.
