IBA Names Zimbabwe Lawyer as President


Sternford Moyo, chairman and senior partner of Scanlen and Holderness in Zimbabwe, has been named the new president of the International Bar Association (IBA).

Moyo is the IBA’s first African president in the history of the 74-year-old organization. He succeeds Horacio Bernardes Neto of Brazil. He will serve in the position for two years, ending Dec. 31, 2022.
