The role:
We are looking for two ambitious lawyers to join our team of Immigration Lawyers with a fee-share arrangement.
You will be responsible for your own caseload and for driving business in for you and the company.
There is a highly competitive financial reward system in place by way of a fee share arrangement. The consultant keeps a fixed percentage of everything they bring in, which also includes referral fee payments.
The model is flexible, so you can set your own agenda and work the hours you want on the days you want and in the way you want.

The candidate:
Candidates will have a wealth of experience in Immigration law. You will be confident and comfortable acting independently with autonomy, and you will enjoy working self-sufficiently.
You will be a keen networker and have an existing following. This will be needed to independently build up your own caseload.
