Mark Mansell SDT Case Scrapped Over ‘Risk to Life’

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal hearing of Allen & Overy employment partner Mark Mansell has been permanently stayed due to severe risks to his health, according to a decision published by the SDT on Thursday.

The long-running case has now been scrapped due to the “very real and immediate risk the proceedings posed to the Respondent’s life”.
