Shearman & Sterling Partner Jumps to Squire Patton Boggs in UAE

Squire Patton Boggs has added a financial solutions advisory partner to its corporate practice in the United Arab Emirates from Shearman & Sterling’s London office. 

Matthew Powell joins the firm after serving as partner in the mergers and acquisitions practice at Shearman since 2015, following a stint with Linklaters in London and the UAE.
