‘We Have a Lot to Learn’: Ex-Linklaters Arbitration Head on Launching a New Firm
|
Not many law firms promote “obstinacy” as one of their selling points, or “humanity” as a core team value. But Audit Duprey Fekl, a new arbitration and litigation boutique launched this week in Paris, is trying to be a little different. The firm opens for business with three associates in addition to founding partners Mathias Audit, a law professor at the Sorbonne School of Law (University of Paris 1); Pierre Duprey, former co-head of global arbitration at Linklaters; and Matthias Fekl, a former French MP, interior minister and administrative judge.
